Refund Policy – Detached Supply Co


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

To start a return, please contact us at detachedcrew@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited drops or exclusive releases (unless faulty)

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size (subject to availability).

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly


RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
